I have more than one skills but cooking was always my passion. I have always been experimenting with different cuisine and subsequently would incorporated new ideas into recipes to make finished dishes that are truly "haute cuisine." I’m a connoisseur chef of this style of cooking and with my specific preparations I can prepare you a complimentary dish.



 

Our company started out as a mobile Food Truck; Mel's Roadside Flavor Food Truck. Mel’s Roadside Flavor Food brings a combination style of the Caribbean and the American Flavors to you in our menu. With an explosion of the two flavors we guarantee we will sway your taste buds. Even with the inflation in cost of living we do keep the quality and flavor in our food and guarantee you a reasonable price and excellent services.

 

The team is my wife Melissa and I we both compliment each other. We work as a team not only for the success of our business but also to meet our commitment in preparing and serving our customers pleasant and tasteful meals.  

 

Catering is one of our services. We saw the need for catering service within our region and decided to address this need within the New York State. By providing this service to our clients we attend to your special occasional events. We aim to give you a unperturbed day because we do cater for every event. Our prices are reasonable and our quality in food and service is phenomenal.
