Our company started out as a mobile Food Truck but we have grown. We specialize in American and Caribbean cuisine and provide catering services and delivery within a 2 miles ratio as these services are in demands on the market; our aim is to give our customers the highest standard in food and service. Our prices are reasonable.

The team includes Me and my husband Lester Greenidge, we both complement each other. We work as a team not only for the success of our business but also to meet our commitment in preparing and serving to our customers pleasant and tasteful meals.  

 

We are both humbled and privileged to be previous owners of a Variety Store/Deli and a Restaurant. It was truly an extraordinary experience. The closure came about because of us wanted to own our business 100% that includes the building. We could not put our business on life support; therefore we had to make a clear decision to turn the business around without losing our lifelong passion.

 

Moving on was our next step when we decide to build a food truck; a job of this caliber was quite a challenge but we enjoy the process. Now our business is mobile and stationary. We are aware of the competition in the market but commitment to quality service and pleasant tasting food and knowing what it means to work hard do gives us a hedge over our competitors.
